Robert Trapp
Director
Robert Trapp has agreed to join the Board of Directors of our company upon the closing of this offering. Mr. Trapp has 35 years of cross-cultural business experience with both public and privately-owned companies in Asia, the United States and Canada, in a diverse range of industries including hospitality, finance, property, mining, software, biotech and consumer goods. Mr. Trapp is the Chief Executive Officer of BMI Capital International LLC, a FINRA broker-dealer, a position he has held since June 2015. Mr. Trapp also served as General Manager of SeD Development Management LLC, a subsidiary of Singapore eDevelopment, a position he held from September 2015 to February 2018. In addition, Mr. Trapp presently serves on the Board of Directors of several of the subsidiaries of Singapore eDevelopment. Mr. Trapp has served on the Board of Directors of AVANT Diagnostics Inc., since November 2017. Previously, Mr. Trapp served on the Board of Directors of Amarantus Bioscience Holdings Inc. from February 2017 until May 2017 and on the Board of Directors of HotApp International Inc. from December 2014 until June 2016. Mr. Trapp served as President and Director at Master of Real Estate LLC, a subsidiary of ZH International Holdings Ltd. (formerly Heng Fai Enterprises Limited), a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, from August 2014 to August 2015 and served as Senior Vice-President with Inter-American Management LLC, a property management subsidiary of ZH International Holdings Ltd, from October 2013 to August 2015. Mr. Trapp served as a Director of eBanker USA.com, a subsidiary of ZH International Holdings Ltd, from August 1998 to August 2015, and served as General Manager and Rep Director with Hotel Plaza Miyazaki, a subsidiary of eBanker USA.com, from September 2009 to May 2013. Mr. Trapp holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada.

Moe Chan
Director
He was previously the Group Chief Development Officer and Executive Director of Singapore Exchange-listed Alset International Limited and was responsible for the Group’s international property development business.

He was previously the Group Chief Operating Officer of Hong Kong Exchange-listed ZH International Holdings Ltd (formerly known as Heng Fai Enterprises Ltd), responsible for the company’s global business operations consisting of REIT ownership and management, property development, hotels and hospitality, as well as property and securities investment and trading. Prior to that he was Executive Director and Chief of Project Development of Singapore Exchange-listed SingHaiyi Group Ltd, overseeing all of its property development projects.

Mr. Moe Chan has a diverse background and experience in the fields of property, hospitality, investment, technology and consumer finance. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with honours from the University of Western Ontario, a Master’s Degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering with honours and a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Science with honours from the University of British Columbia.

Danny Lim
Director
Mr Danny Lim Sheng Hon joined the Alset Group in 2016. He has served as Senior Vice President, Business Development and as Executive Director of the Company’s subsidiary, Alset International Limited (SGX:40V), a publicly traded company on the Singapore Stock Exchange, since 2020.

Mr Lim has strong experience in business development, merger & acquisitions, corporate restructuring and strategic planning and execution. He manages the Group’s business development efforts, focusing in corporate strategic planning, merger and acquisition and capital markets activities. He oversees and ensures the executional efficiency of the Group and facilitates internal and external stakeholders on the implementation of the Group’s strategies.

Mr Lim liaises with corporate partners and investment prospects for potential working/investment collaborations, operational subsidiaries locally and overseas to augment close parent-subsidiary working relationship.

Mr Lim graduated from Singapore Nanyang Technological University with a Bachelor’s Degree with Honours in Business, specializing in Banking and Finance.
William Wu
Director
Mr. Wu holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a Master of Business Administration degree from Simon Fraser University in Canada. He was qualified as a chartered financial analyst at The Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts in 1996. Mr. Wu was the chief executive officer of SW Kingsway Capital Holdings Limited (now known as Sunwah Kingsway Capital Holdings Limited) (a company listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange, stock code: 00188) from April 2006 to September 2010. He was also a director and chief executive officer of RHB Hong Kong Limited from April 2011 to October 2017. Mr. Wu was also the executive director and chief executive officer of Power Financial Group Limited (listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange, stock code: 00397) from November 2017 to January 2019. Mr. Wu has been appointed as the non-executive, independent member of the board of Document Security Systems, Inc. (a company listed on the New York Stock Exchange, stock code: DSS) since October 2019 and the independent non-executive director of JY Grandmark Holdings Limited (a company listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange, stock code: 02231) since November 2019. Mr. Wu has been appointed managing director, Investment Banking of Glory Sun Securities Limited since January 2019.
Mr. Wu previously worked for a number of international investment banks and possesses over 27 years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, institutional broking, and direct investment businesses. He is a registered license holder to carry out Type 6 (advising on corporate finance) and Type 9 (asset management) regulated activities under the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong). He has been appointed as a member of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference since January 2013.
Mr. Wu has been appointed as an Independent Non-executive Director since February 2015 and is also the Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee.
Melissa K. Sims
Director
Melissa, originally from a small town in North Central Illinois, became a lawyer after completing her education in Normal and DeKalb, Illinois. During law school, she gained valuable experience working with the Bureau County Sheriff's Department and as a legal advocate for a domestic violence shelter.

After graduation, she joined the Wimbiscus Law Firm in Spring Valley, where she practiced law for over two decades, handling various legal areas, including municipal law, civil rights, and even argued a landmark probate case before the Illinois Supreme Court. She represented numerous local government units and prosecuted municipal ordinance violations.
​
Melissa now runs her own law practice with offices in Chicago and downstate Illinois, assisting communities nationwide with public nuisance cases. She has also dedicated her time to volunteering for nonprofits, serving on the board of directors for Freedom House, and as a director for a local bank.
